Well this the first post (kinda). We knuckled down and started planning our adventure on Sat 6th Feb 2010, but only decided on blogging about it a week later.. so you will have to imagine that this was actually<\/strong> written on 6\/7 Feb. “What adventure ?”,\u00a0 “What’s this all about ?”, “Who are you?”, “Are you insane?”……. “I can hear you caring” (thanks<\/em> House MD<\/em><\/a>)<\/em>\u00a0 Well check out\u00a0About Us<\/a> and\u00a0Best Laid Plan<\/a>\u00a0pages above to answer some of those questions. First thing – hang a\u00a0BEEEG map and get some markers (done). Then get\u00a0lots of great ideas and inspiration (easy). Next find the\u00a0energy to do some basic planning (boring). V had a large collection of Lonely Planet<\/a> guide books and a few hundred random web links. I got back from SA last\u00a0Sunday so we decided that it’s now or never for the boring bits.\u00a0True adventure I\u00a0guess is having no plan at all, but we like plans, so we started with\u00a0some basics;\u00a0<\/p>\n
